Abu Dhabi Aviation (ADA) - the Middle East's
largest commercial helicopter operator - is gearing up for
expansion in Saudi Arabia following the completion of a financial
feasibility study and business plan by its joint venture ADA
Millennium Consulting (ADAME).
ADA is now to formally start an application to the the Kingdom's
General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) for a Part 135
ADA has successfully conducted helicopter operations in Saudi
Arabia for a number of years under end user licenses but says on
GACA approval of a Part 135 license, it will expand its subsidiary
in the Kingdom by operating under its own license.
ADAME's Chief Executive Officer, John Bowell said: "ADAME's
credentials in providing this service, derives from the fact that a
number of our consultants have previously applied for and set up
Air Operator Certificates in the UK, Germany, Iceland, Nigeria,
Afghanistan and Libya.''
ADA Millennium Consulting - the recently established consultancy
is a partnership between Abu Dhabi Aviation and jcba Limited; a
British management consultancy, specialist in aviation and
hospitality. To date, ADA Millennium has the experience of working
with over 60 companies around the world.
